We offer private training and small group classes (2-6 people) in beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. We take care of our clients individually, even those in a group class. The classes include posture analysis and body conditional assessment which is required for proper Pilates training. Three introductory private sessions are highly recommended for beginners.
We also change exercise routines in each class so that clients never get bored. We make a real effort to discover new routines drawing on our years of experience as certified instructors and our constant review of cutting edge Pilates methods from Canada and around the world.
